Xanxerê If you’re anything like me, you can never remember how to calculate exchange rates when you travel abroad. On my recent trip to Europe I had to keep track of three separate currencies and their exchange rates against the U.S. dollar.  Something I found useful was to print out a miniature pocket guide like this one from Yahoo.

http://iamlearningdisabled.com/seeing-the-invisible-a-guide-for-teachers/ It’s the perfect size for your wallet (or moneybelt) and can be kept right next to your Euros, Yen, Pounds or Pesos. This handy chart makes it easy to estimate how much you’re actually spending at a restaurant or shop. Your brain deserves a vacation too!
