The Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum is located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan in New York City, USA. Designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, it’s one of the city’s (if not the world’s) most famous and important architectural landmarks. The Guggenheim houses an impressive collection of Impressionist, Modern and Contemporary art, arranged along curved walls that gently spiral from the atrium to the top level. I took this photo from the ground floor, looking up at the museum’s distinctive skylight.
